    Great photo... bet they tasted heavenly.

    I had the most disappointing store bought bagel yesterday.... definitely not like NYC. I'll have to make some one of these days.

    Thanks. Until I started making my own bagels I did not realize how many bagels did not actually have barley malt in them. These were really yummy!
